How To Sleep Better | Natural Hack for Deeper Sleep

Sleep is EVERYTHING. That is something I am always preaching, as it can affect how you feel, your performance, mood and everything in-between. I always try to prioritise sleep whenever I can, and as difficult as that may be, over the years I have found ways to ‘hack’ my brain into a state of deep quality sleep. One of the most powerful ways I have been able to do this is through ‘self-hypnosis’.

I dwelled into the science of self-hypnosis years ago, and have come across many helpful resources. One of my favourite Youtube Channels is of a guy called Michael Sealy - his sleep hypnosis videos have benefited my greatly. I usually listen to his sleep-hypnosis while I am falling asleep with earphones on for most impact.
