Eating In India As a Vegan Bodybuilder

In India, there is a growing interest in combining the two. Vegan bodybuilding in India involves adopting a plant-based diet and incorporating a range of strength training and conditioning exercises to build muscle mass and improve overall fitness.

To build muscle on a vegan diet, you need to ensure that they are consuming enough protein from plant-based sources such as legumes, nuts, seeds, and whole grains. Other important nutrients such as iron, calcium, and vitamin B12 can also be found in plant-based foods.
