LAKSHAY'S STORY

 

 I’ve spent the last 5 years transforming my life and the lives of others through a plant-based lifestyle. I used to eat meat every day—until I watched the documentary *Dominion*, which completely shifted my perspective. That experience inspired me to commit to veganism and to help others achieve the same kind of transformation.

Now, I’m using the same strategies that helped me build muscle, lose fat, and find mental clarity to guide people toward healthier, stronger, and more balanced lives. My passion is helping others unlock their full potential through a compassionate, plant-based approach to fitness and wellness.

IT WASN'T ALWAYS EASY

 

After going through a dark period in my life, I became addicted to cannabis, fell into depression, and gained a significant amount of weight. I found myself feeling lazy and disconnected from the person I wanted to be. At my heaviest, I was overweight and struggling to break free from the habits that were holding me back.

I eventually turned my life around, losing 40kg and getting shredded, but it wasn’t a smooth path. Committing to a vegan lifestyle and focusing on my mental and physical well-being were key in my transformation. Now, I’m dedicated to helping others who feel stuck, guiding them toward a healthier, stronger life through the same plant-based approach that changed mine while building the body of their dreams.
